what do u eat when your cravin something sweet. i have this problem i can eat healthy all day long but at the end of the day i crave something sweet what can help with that any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I eat a little dark chocolate. or sometimes stir cocoa (the baking kind w/ nothing else added) into greek yogurt and garnish with fresh fruit.

depends. If I’m in a phase where I’m craving something sweet everyday, then I work something into a meal/snack–fruit with cottage cheese, or a smoothie made with banana and some sugar free chocolate syrup.
I also like to get no sugar added frozen yogurt and top with some berries or some heated up low sugar preserves. You could top with some high fiber cereal, too.
Right now I’m fine with having tea or decaf coffee in the evenings.
Every now and then–about once a month, if you get my drift–I get a small vanilla cone from McDonald’s, but that is not a weekly habit.

fruit- usually banana with dates. or raisins. a sprinkle of cinnamon on top is nice, too.
Fruit is the anwer for me.. The sugars are slower and stay with you longer. Even whole wheat bread is a sugar a much slower sugar the fruit even.
Your body doesn’t know the difference between fast sugar and slower sugars.
