      Once a week, just after my Monday gym workout.. I write it in my workout log book but it’s just a secondary thing. I know if my body is changing because of how my clothes fit, how much energy I have, how I’m sleeping, my state of mind, and how I look in the mirror. Total scale weight doesn’t really tell you any of that.
