Help…. So I have struggled with my weight pretty much all my life. I recently had a baby and I am now 187lbs which is the biggest I have ever been. I hate the way I look but despite that I want to eat everything in sight! It’s unreal I know Im not hungry but my mind is telling me to eat then after I eat I feel bad because I just ate and I was not hungry at all…. does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do to control this???

there are few things to do.. First is look at the emotional aspect.
When you want to eat even though you are not hungry, what just happened? How are you feeling? This will help you get at some triggers that cause you to want to eat.
