Willow Tree Chicken Pies. I had two daughters 12 months apart. After my second was born I lost 80lbs. in 3 months, by eating Willow Tree Chicken Pies.
I divided the smaller pies into thirds and ate a third with as many vegetables as I wanted. I worked great and they’re tasty. I don’t work for them or anything, and I’m not a registered dietician. It just worked for me.





That’s not very many calories…. and those pies are kind of high in sodium. But I suppose since you are cutting them into thirds, that isn’t so bad. I think a key to maintaining it will be eating a variety of foods and hopefully some with a better nutritional profile.
