Yum! Sounds great!. Homemade jelly is the best! My mum makes it once every 5 years or so, but its worth the wait!

My breakfast was Oatmeal, with dried Cranberries and Almonds. Then we went to the Exploris Aquarium for a few hours to tire the children out.

    2. sikrglairpnshappe says:

I had coffee, grapefruit, and scrambled eggs. so far. Next up will be a bowl of cinnamon raisin steel cut oats that’s simmering on the stove right now. Mmm. Once it warms up a bit I’m going outside for a run!

    3. cenonbate says:

it will be. lots of hot tea, a thomas english muffin with light butter, half a grapefruit.

    4. gti0ll1eooon0gsbs says:

It was oatmeal with flax seed. and a little bit of brown sugar. Right now I’m drinking some vanilla chai tea with honey and milk. I looooove chai tea!

    5. tibdars says:

That’s basically. the same thing I had! I don’t think my toast was WHOLE wheat though…it was in my job’s cafeteria, so I doubt it. Oh and a banana…and the eggs were scrambled…still pretty similar though, ha :)

Cottage cheese and pb.. This will be the last jar of PB.

I have discovered that, unfortunately, while I had been responsible with its use before, suddenly I am not.

I think…that I need to rotate my fat sources. I get into the habit of using one source of fat fairly exclusively (egg yolks, cheese, nuts) and then my consumption of that fat creeps creeps creeps up and fucks me over.

Maybe I need to focus on oils for a bit, because I won’t get tempted to lick them off my fingers, sample a bit while preparing food, or “finish off the last bit before it dries out”.

    8. cnaonbtee says:

I’ve had the same issue. with pb. First I had it 2-3 times a week. Then it was about a tablespoon a day. Then on Thursday, over the course of the day, I had 3 tablespoons of the stuff! It’s a miracle I stayed under 1700 calories.

I wish I could get rid of it, but my bf loves the stuff. I may have to have him hide it from me.

    9. M8egm811 says:

I have a peanut butter problem too. Just went to the local store, and the manager asked me where I was from. Then proudly pointed me in the direction of the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (to show they had American food).

I had to buy some b/c he was so enthusiastic, and now its sitting on my counter. Now I’m trying to figure out what to do with it.

forgot. the wedge of laughing cow cheese spread on the bread. I found it for 4 packages for $8.35 at Costco. Now I don’t have to hoard the stuff.

    15. caoebtnne says:

wow!. what a great deal. I haven’t found a package for under $4!

    16. BOsllen says:

it’s. more than $5 a package at my local store, so I was really happy to find a deal on it.

    17. chdimae says:

sometimes. i buy it at mom and pop international markets. all sorts of ethnicities have had it, and it is always less expensive there than at the grocery.

    18. catnbeone says:

I should try that. There are tons of little international markets around here, and my co-op doesn’t carry it.

    19. mrilteenawar says:

    21. maiwenalertr says:

it snowed early early this morning.. i would say there is about 4-5 inches. enough to shovel and make a mess.

the sun is out and it doesn’t seem that cold but the snow makes it messy.

i shoveled, ran errands, and worked out so i’m in the for the rest of the day.

      yay.

    22. ssuyssie says:

    29. NwonofOikuLOltee says:

I just found that out. I thought it was more than it was. I just entered it into fitday and was surprised it wasn’t even 200 calories. I think because I ate just after I got off the treadmill I felt full quicker. Not sure why that happens.
