Weigh in tomorrow evening, what should I eat?. So I have my weigh in tomorrow for my powerlifting competition on Saturday. I am down to 185 as of this morning, and I need to be down to 181. Weigh in is at 6pm tomorrow, so I am wondering what exactly what I should eat during the day to keep my weight low.
I am going to cut just about all water out starting at 6 tonight (I’ve been drinking 2+ gallons of water), and am planning on doing sweatsuit cardio starting at 4 tomorrow. That should take care of it, but I would like to try and get down in the 170s (have to get to 175 for a competition in September). Any ideas?





Cutting out the 2 gallons of water. might do it, period.
Be careful with the sweatsuit cardio.. I’ve seen wrestlers pass out trying to lose too much weight too quickly…
zero sodium, zero carbs, high protein. You might even consider magnesium citrate. Just make sure you’re near a bathroom, heheh.
