		<description>Maybe instead of eating until you are full,. how about eating until you are no longer hungry. Start a food log, and measure your portions. Make sure to include EVERYTHING that you ingest, including liquids. Then report to us in a couple of days what you are actually eating and we will be able to try to help you.

		<description>It is very difficult to feel the difference. especially at first. That&#039;s one of the reasons that I suggested that you measure what you eat. If you eat two cups of something and afterwards you feel overfull. Then the next time you can measure one cup and see how you feel afterward. You might be surprised that after a couple of minutes, you feel satisfied but not overfull. It often takes the brain some time to send the body the signal that you have eaten enough. It also takes some time to recognize the signal. It&#039;s often easier, especially at first to just get used to what size portion is appropriate for you.</description>

		<description>I have an awesome SO.. And our life together is great.  But my weight gain makes me feel terrible in the bedroom - if you know what I mean.

And incase someone might think I want to lose for him - that is not true.  I want to lose for me, but also so I feel better in the bedroom.</description>

I&#039;m sure everyone will agree...Hey I&#039;m 52 yrs 5&#039;6&quot; and weigh 230. I have lost about 3-5 lbs since last Thursday. You would be surprised how good just a little exercise will help. But starting with the food is the right place to start. Oh and this place. You will get alot of advise and support... :)</description>

A typical day for me.  And like I said, I am trying to do better.
&lt;br&gt;

Breakfast - bowl of honey graham cereal - or a bagel with a little cream chease or peanutbutter.
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Snack - Yogart - lite.
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Lunch - Chicken salad, or chicken wrap, or turkey sandwich with fruit
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Snack - carrots
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Dinner - whatever is quick and could mean just about anything.  Have a younger daughter I run around bringing places.

I will admit I only drink about 40 oz. of water a day.</description>
