To you track your calorie intake?. Try keeping a food log. Do you know how many calories you burn a day? How many calories your body needs? And what your calorie deficit is each day?
Sorry……just trying to help. Good luck in your battle but, ditch the herbalife! it is not going to help. If you are working out 6 days a week and you have only lost 1.5 pounds then you need to address what you are eating, when you are eating and how many times a day your are eating.
food for thought. First of all do you write down everything you eat, drink and the calorie content of each? Secondly when you say exercising do you mean you do cardio and weight resistance, or just one or the other? Performing weight resistance training helps build/maintain your muscle mass which is a very important factor to losing weight and maintaing your weight.If you are not already ‘journaling’ everything you eat you should do so, you might be suprised. Also depending on how many calories you are eating you may be eating too much and believe it or not, not enough and also not often enough. If you are not eating enough your body goes into ‘survival mode’, it does not know when the next meal is coming and therefore stores as much fat as possible. This goes back to the caveman days, and that aspect of humans has not changed. I hope some of this was ‘food for thought’, I will check back for to see if there may be other things to be looked at.
