My updates. Okay, so I haven’t been on here in over a month because my computer crashed. But it was the best thing for me! I quit sitting here all day surfing the web and I got busy.
I don’t remember my weight loss the last time I posted but I know that it is significantly better now!
I have lost 26 pounds since I started in Feb which put me below the 200 pound mark for the first time in 7 years!!
I have my eating so much better under control and I am regularly losing a pound every 4-5 days. The biggest change I have managed is adding more veggies to my meals, they have made a huge difference!
But the #1 thing I did? I quit worrying about food. I don’t obsess about what I’m going to eat when. I eat when I’m hungry, I stop when I’m full and as long as I don’t keep “snacky” foods in the house then I will reach for the healthy stuff like an apple or a carrot.
It took me a good 3 months to learn this, but I feel like I could do this forever!
