Healthy?. Give us your definition of healthy. That donut was made with refined flour and I doubt it was baked. It also probably contained sugar. If not then I’m sure it tasted like crap.
This is why I always laugh when I hear someone say “I eat healthy”. 9 time out of 10 they don’t have a clue as to what is actually healthy.

awww. all us bio majors used to call it the make it or break it class because only if you passed it (and some had to try numberous times)could you continue in the major.
hopefully you only have 1 semester and not 2 like I did.
my hubby has been through it. and still remembers like 80% of the course; he is definitely in for some all nighters next fall and not in the way he thinks!!
I may sit in on a few classes this summer to see if its something I may want to audit and then take for credit the following sem.
And its the same thing for our school, make it, or switch majors.

Healthy. What would be a good diet with donuts. I Love Pastry, haven’t touched it in years. Sugar creates free radicals that not only break down the collegen in your skin (age you) but also lead to infections and cancer. Same with white flour when it comes to being unhealthy and aging you.
He’s only 16, therefore can’t be anything really. Basically just another youngster blindly bumping into obstacles as he wanders his way through the maze of learning how to communicate with humans.
You’re only 16, but that’s whack stupid. Aussiefishman pretty much nailed it. Refined flour, fried, at high temperatures (even if the oil was originally “healthy” it’s likely not after the temps), really is not healthy. Totally fucks with your insulin/glucogon system, arteries, and other stuff.
If you need to eat more, eat more, but for the love of Dog, eat healthy food. Whole grains, fruits (tons of sugar, but fiber and nutrients, should help add weight), healthy fats, protein. Lay off the really intense cardio, do heavy and moderate lifting to build your strength and bulk. And just give it time. You’re in a hurry to grow up and shit, in ten years you’re going to be scratching your head wondering where it all went and looking at those pics of your 16 year-old self and wondering where he’s hiding.
Google least healthy foods for some stuff to avoid. Chips, fries, donuts, and crap like simply shouldn’t cross your lips.
