      when I was super broke. I bought dry beans, an onion, a jalapeno, cilantro, and a package of corn tortillas.

      Another time I mixed frozen mixed veggies with brown rice and a can of red kidney beans.

      It is so hard. for me to get that much protein in without solely eating meat and drinking protein shakes. I love fruit and veggies. I had over 30g of protein for breakfast. I’m working from home today so I’ll make a protein shake for lunch…who knows what for dinner.
