      I want one. and I do know a few people that have them. It is much more powerful than a regular blender, and you can make hot foods. I am not sure it is worth having both a blender and a vitamixer, you only need one, but for me I would want the vitamixer. In fact I am hoping I am getting one for my birthday… I know not an exciting present but I want it!!!!

      It is good to make ‘juices’ without removig the pulp because it can liquify it real well, something a regular blender cant do as well most of the time- especially with certain fruits and veggies.

      Nut butter would not be a problem with it.

      Vitamix. It’s worth it in my opinion. We have an older one and it’s awesome. No comparison to a blender.

      the motor. is much stronger. think of a weedwacker vs industrial lawnmower.
