It will be obvious to many of us what to do. SOme of us will even agree. But there is 95% chance it is a simple dietary fix.
For me tho, 95% of my gas is related to eating protein and starch in same meal. Meat and Veg, Potatoes and Veg, but no meat and potatoes. Bread is even more extreme.
At the risk of stating the obvious. Eliminate the foods that are causing gas. Do you know which ones those are? It’s different for everyone. If you don’t know, post your typical daily diet here.
