Diet Program Needed. Hi, I’m a male, 21, 5’10″ about 185 lbs. Around 9% body fat, give or take a little.
My ultimate goal is 250 lbs. 5% bf or lower.
What I’m looking for is the correct diet plan to get me to this goal. What to eat, in what quantities, and at what times of the day. All posts are appreciated.
