    Ashamed of my binge. I dunno…today I just had no energy all day. And I ate all day. BUT I ate mostly healthy things. I had a protein packed breakfast…. a spinach soup for lunch and yogurt and fruit snacks. But it was one of those days where I just felt hungry all damn day long.

      Eating Late is a real weight gainer. Stress may be a factor. If it is, try a hot bath followed by a good book and wrapping yourself in a warm comforter. Tough if you have kids. May have to wait until they are in bed. Get the fattening stuff out of your house. Replace it with healthy cereal you can use to snack.

      It’s ok. We all have those days. Atleast I know I do. I tend to do that when I’m stressed so I’m still trying to find another way of handling my stress other than with food.

      It doesn’t sound. like it was emotional eating, it sounds more like your body was was really, truly hungry. Sometimes I have a day like that if I’ve eaten on the lower end of my calorie range for the day or two preceding…or if I’ve done one or more particularly tough workouts and haven’t eaten enough to properly refuel from them.

      i dread when my mom. buys hummus because i can’t help but binge on it. trust me, i’ve eaten a tub on my own. it’s just better when i don’t have it in thehouse.
