• What’s everyone got going for exercise today?. I am seriously not motivated to do my normal lunchtime exercise (I don’t even feel like walking) and am hoping to get inspired!

    I am definitely doing the NMTZ workout after work today…am just kind of burnt out on the little fitness center in my office.

  • Need dinner help/suggestions/recipes. Ok I pulled out some ground turkey meat this morning and have no idea what I want to do with it. Whatcha got for ideas?

  • Where is our freedom?. I am a little upset, surprised, and overall, I don’t know… disappointed with craigslist.

    I joined these forums to both help myself, and to help others but where is our freedom to give advice? Why are the admins so trigger happy to delete posts if they disagree with something, or recommend anything helpful?

    I’ve done nothing wrong, and definitely nothing to warrant my posts being deleted.

  • what do u eat when your cravin something sweet. i have this problem i can eat healthy all day long but at the end of the day i crave something sweet what can help with that any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  • Egg White question?. Is the quickest/best way to digest egg whites into the blood stream raw or cooked after a work out? Do I have to worry about drinking raw egg whites? Best to cook them to kill all possible salmonella/bacteria etc?….any first hand info would be appr?

  • What’s that green stuff in the tuna salad?. It’s spinach! It’s also low-calorie and healthy. Make low calorie tuna salad by combining drained can of tuna in water with a 1/2 cup cooked frozen spinach. Use reduced calorie ranch dressing diluted with water instead of mayonaise. Add spices you like such as cumin, pepper, & garlic. Do not add salt. Makes great tuna salad.

    One of the reasons we gain weight is we’re starved for nutrition from all the fast food and junk we eat. If you eat a half can of tuna made this way, it’s approx. 90 calories. This is from Method Weight Management, A Common Sense Approach to Weight Loss.

  • Hi DiFo! What’s for breakfast?. I had my usual hard-boiled eggs, sprouted grain toast, pile of spinach, grape tomatoes and a drizzle of flax seed oil. Will be having coffee very soon.
