Good way to hold items while
Good way to hold items while. walking or hiking? I hate lugging around a purse, and I just can’t bring myself to strap on a fanny pack after the early 90′s, so… anyone have any other ideas or links to bags that are functional for holding keys, cell phone, pepper spray and some dog treats?

nutri-system…is it worth it?. i have been thinking about doing nutri-system but i dont know if it is worth it or maybe i should just do jenny craig. im not the best at portion control so im trying to get a program where it can kinda teach me portion control.
