why am I not loosing weight
why am I not loosing weight. I am 5 ft and 215 pounds. I take in less than 1000 calories now and I cut out all sodas and sweets. I am walking everyday but I have only lost 2 pounds this month. Shouldn’t it fall off faster than that?

you seriously need to learn about low carb diets. Everything you are complaining about are symptoms of a low fat, low calorie diet. Read some books on low carb dieting and you will find the answers you are looking for.

Exercise & calories question…
Exercise & calories question…. Sorry, I posted this below in the exercise thread, but I don’t think anyone saw it… I usually consume between 1300-1600 calories a day. When I exercise, I usually try to stay towards the 1600 range. Should I be increasing my calories a bit more, or does 1600 sound ok?
