I need a good basic grocery list!. Hi there! I’m sort of new to this forum, but I thought it’d be a good time to ask a question. My husband and I are just getting adjusted to married life (going on almost two years, but still getting adjusted!), and we’re still struggling with what to eat and what to have in the house as staples. I work in a restaurant that serves fresh extremely healthy food so sometimes I bring home dinner. But there are other times that we want to cook but can’t ever do it because we never go to the store. We never know what to buy! Can someone give me a basic overall healthy grocery list to go by? I want to keep some staples in the house for when we do cook. Any ideas? Thanks!

What’s going on?!. So, this is strange – I’ve been eating right, exercising and doing all the normal stuff. Except that I had a few drinks this last week, something I normally do not have. Today and yesterday, I have the biggest ponch belly! It seriously makes me look preggos. Is this because of the booze? Can just the three drinks do this to me?
Food has been good, right portions & all natural, whole foods. Nothing new, nothing out of the ordinary.
Exercise has been the same, and actually added in a run today as I have this belly! I can’t believe it, it’s crazy huge right now. I feel just so swollen, and I had to get out my fat pants!
Obviously I’ve stopped with the drink, but I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else, or if the booze is really to blame? Could it be anything else? My period is not due for another week, and I’ve never felt this huge before! Arg!

What’s everybody doing for dinner?. The kids begged me to make turkey tacos tonite so I’m gettin ready to leave work and gotta stop and get some cheese & lettuce.

ok I have a bearded dragon was my sons ??. He needs greens I have dandilion, kale and chicory can any tell me some uses or recipes for me to use with thesse end up throwing so much away. And I am on a more healthy diet so will add them if i know how.

lunch people?. I just made red lentil soup, with cilantro chicken sausage, a lil skim milk, garlic and cumin. Delish. What’s everyone else doing?

Pizza sauce replacement?. I was thinking about making a pita bread pizza, but I’m not a fan of pizza sauce, or any tomato based sauce really. I used to make my pizzas with a butter sauce, but that seems rather unhealthy so…
Any suggestions?

What’s for Saturday breaky?. I’m having 2 boiled eggs & 2 slices WW toast w/ a little grape jelly. I have a friend from up north sending me some homemade jelly…I can’t wait til it gets here…sooooooo good!!

Burger King shooters. I just found out that the burger shooters from Burger King have 110 calories each. I could have two and a salad for a nice, low cal dinner. Or 1 with some fruit for lunch. They come in packs of 2 or 6.
